Aidira Smailova has spent four to five years in the creative industry, starting in graphic design, marketing and web development. That foundation grew into something bigger: building the frameworks, the pipelines and the systems that make a business actually run.
She has worked with brands across more than twenty five industries in Kazakhstan, from beauty and jewellery to whole food production, manufacturing and construction. Her clients include RAMS, BI Group (one of Central Asia’s largest developers), Sarkand Food, Zhanaru Jewelry, Air Gym, Konekei Real Estate, American Corner and Element Coding School, and she has directed creative for influencers including Simon Squibb.
She has led social and marketing teams, trained creatives, and built a web development camp for youth with the American Embassy in Kazakhstan, teaching a new generation to build in the web space. Product design and team leadership came with the territory.
At URAL she holds the operational side together and shapes the creative direction alongside Uriel. Around sixty seven projects in, from events to stakeholder communication, sales, structuring bids and finding investors, the way she sees it is simple: clients do not work for the studio, they work with it, and that is how a client becomes a friend.
Delivered across her career, from events and campaigns to full builds.
