Self taught filmmaker and creative director with four years of experience across brands, founders, and athletes. Uriel started video production in 2023, cutting and producing short form for creators like Daniel Dalen and Bruno Casanovas, then co-founded a content agency where he managed 14+ editors across 15+ clients. He holds an MSc with distinction and a first class BSc, speaks six languages, and founded URAL Studios to go deeper with fewer clients: intentional films, real craft, work that moves numbers.
Aidira Smailova
Co-Founder, Design & Operations
Aidira's background runs four to five years in the creative industry, starting in graphic design, marketing and web development, which grew into building the frameworks, pipelines and systems that make a business run. She has worked with brands across more than 25 industries in Kazakhstan, from beauty and jewellery to food production and construction, led social and marketing teams, and trained people. She shapes the creative direction alongside Uriel and holds the operational side of the studio together.
